Stanley Gordon West was born in the year 1932 and went to St.
Paul Central High School in Minnesota. He lived in Bozeman, Montana for several years, and lived in Shakopee, Minnesota for several years.
All of his novels were popular book club selections and “Amos” was made into a CBS Movie of the Week which starred Kirk Douglas which stirred up controversy because of abuse of the aged in America.
